Great Silk Road

The beginning of functioning of the Great Silk Road behaves to the second half of II-nd age of A. D., when diplomat and intelligence officer Chzhan Tszyan first opened the Western edge - countries of Middle Asia for Chinese. Thereby two great roads had been united in the whole. One, going from west from the Mediterranean countries to Middle Asia, founded out and passed by ancient Greeks and Macedonians in the process  of Alexander Macedonian hikes and Selevkid war-lord Demodam, up to Yaksart in Syrdarya. Other, passes from east, from Khan'sk empire to Middle Asia, found out Chzhan Tszyanem, who passed this area from the north to the south through Davan', Kangyuy, Sogd, Baktriya.

Tashkent – Urgench – Khiva – Bukhara – Nurota – Samarkand – Shahriziabs – Samarkand – Tashkent – Fergana – Tashkent


1 day:
Meeting in the air-port of Tashkent city. Transfer to the hotel. Placing  in the hotel of «Poytaxt», which is located in the heart of Tashkent. Dinner. Excursion over the city (4 hours, visit of old part of the city) after dinner. Supper in the hotel.


2 day:
Breakfast. Transfer to the Air-port. Flight from Tashkent to Urgench. Transfer from Urgench to Khiva (25 km). Placing in the magnificent hotel  «Malika Khiva». Dinner. Beginning of excursion over the site of ancient settlement «Ichan-kala». Supper in the hotel (national kitchen of Khorezm).


3 day:
Breakfast. Full excursion day in Khiva (durin the day you will see history and architectural legacy of the Khorezm khanate). Dinner and supper in the hotel.


4 day:
Breakfast. Transfer to Bukhara (450 km, 7-8 hours). On arrival to Bukhara placing in the hotel of «Malika- Bukhara». Spare time for rest. Dinner in the road, supper in the hotel.


5 day:
Breakfast. Full excursion day in Bukhara (unique buildings of the Middle Ages). Dinner in the hotel, Supper in the madrasah escorted bands.


6 day:
Breakfast. Continuation of excursion  in Bukhara. Dinner and supper in the hotel.


7 day:
Breakfast. Transfer to Nurota city, small excursion on the fortress  times of Alexander Macedonian. Further transfer in the nomad's tent camp (national dwelling of nomadic kazakhs). Dinner in the camp. Riding on camels, acquaintance with a flora and fauna of the desert. Supper under the bright stars of Kyzylkum desert.


8 day:
Breakfast. Journey to the unique lake Aydarkul', picnic ashore the Aydarkul’ lake, spare time for bathing. Journey to Samarkand after dinner. Placing  in the hotel  «Malika Samrkand». Supper  in the hotel.


9 day:
Breakfast. Excursion over Samarkand (world-famous architectural monuments of «Registan» square, mosque «Bibi-Khanum», collection of mausoleums f «Shakh-I-Zinda» and, finally, tomb of great Tamerlan «Gur-Emir». Dinner and supper in the hotel.


10 day:
Excursion to Shakhrisabz city (motherland of Amir Timur). Dinner in Shakhrisabz. Supper in the hotel in Samarkand.


11 day:
Breakfast. Transfer to Tashkent. On arrival, placing in the hotel  «Poytaxt». Dinner  in the hotel. Spare time for rest. Supper in the «Caravan» restaurant.


12 day:
Breakfast. Transfer to the Air-port. Flight to Fergana. Transfer to the hotel. Transfer to Kokand. Visit of Khudayar-khan’s palace, World mosques, Dakhmai mausoleum.
Returning to Fergana. Supper in the hotel.


13 day:
Breakfast. Flight to Tashkent. Transfer to the mountain hotel «Bel'dersay», spare time for rest. Dinner and supper in the hotel.


14 day:
Breakfast. Transfer to the Air-port. End of the round.


The cost of the program includes:
• Transport service over all routes;
• 3-times nutrition during all route;
• Airline tickets from Tashkent to Urgench, Tashkent – Fergana - Tashkent;
• Services of attendant -guide;
• Tickets of entrances on monuments.
The cost of the program does not include:
• Tipples during dinners and suppers;
• Insurance;
• Additional transfers, not connecting the excursion program.
